# FalloutBox: Sovereign on-prem AI: your AI, your premises, your rules.

> FalloutBox is sovereign, on-premises AI hardware from WooTech Systems, running the open-source FalloutBox OS (FBOS). Large-model inference runs entirely on-site: no cloud dependency, no data egress.

## Why FalloutBox

- **Sovereign by architecture.** Every token is generated inside your walls. Nothing leaves the building: not prompts, not weights, not logs.
- **Data-center class, closet size.** A mini-rack that sits under a desk yet serves an entire facility.
- **Built for real-time, whole-team inference.** Dual compute modules drive fast local inference for whole teams, not just one user.
- **Scale by stacking.** Start with one cluster. Add capacity by adding boxes: no re-architecture, no migration.
- **Runs anywhere there's power.** Solar-friendly draw; deployable in greenhouses, classrooms, warehouses, and field camps.
- **Human-in-the-loop control.** FBOS proposes; your people approve. Every automated action is auditable.

## How it works

1. **Plug it in.** Connect power and network. FBOS auto-configures in minutes, no IT team required.
2. **Runs on day one.** Arrives preloaded with a curated model set. The architecture is model-agnostic, so you are never locked to one vendor's weights. Add or swap models anytime.
3. **Serve everyone.** Workstations, tablets and kiosks connect over your LAN. No internet required.

Coming next (not available yet): tune and fine-tune your own model weights directly on-device.

## On-prem vs. cloud

| | FalloutBox Cluster | Cloud AI |
|---|---|---|
| Data residency | 100% on-prem | Leaves your building |
| Recurring cost | Pricing available on request | Per-token, forever |
| Works offline | Yes | No |
| Latency | LAN-speed | Network-dependent |

## Where it runs

- Coral farms and aquaculture
- AI cafe
- Vocational school
- Automated supply chain (a human approves every reorder)
- Personal assistant
- Shared co-working space
- Disaster response
- Neo factory
- Relief camp
- Token-maxxing (metering and selling spare inference capacity)

## Hardware tiers

Mobile and Cluster Rack run the same NVIDIA Grace Blackwell platform; node count and packaging differ. FBOG is a third, larger tier in design, on a different silicon class.

### FalloutBox Mobile (SKU-01 / FB01)

- Status: Expression of interest only
- Price: Draft price: TBD (hardware-cost-plus; contact for current BOM)
- Terms: Reserving is an expression of interest, not a payment. No funds are collected up front. Final price is confirmed against a real, current bill of materials before any order ships.
- Specs:
  - NVIDIA Grace Blackwell (GX10-class), 128GB unified memory
  - Runs the full FBOS stack locally with zero cloud dependency
  - Off-grid microgrid ready (pairs with a modular solar panel + battery)
  - 10Gbps Ethernet LAN, 8TB base storage
  - Built-in 5G/Wi-Fi hotspot with OpenVPN client/server support
  - Meshtastic-ready (planned)

### FalloutBox Cluster Rack (SKU-02 / FBR2)

- Status: Pre-sale cohort open for contact (5 seats max, none sold)
- Price: $35,000 USD per finished FBR2
- Terms: $17,500 deposit (50%) holds a seat and starts the build; the remaining $17,500 is due on shipping. Targeting ~14 days from deposit receipt as the supply chain finalizes: a target, not a guaranteed ship date. Hard cap of 5 seats, first-come among qualified buyers. Contact only on the site for now: there is no embedded payment. A seat is not reserved until the deposit is actually received and recorded.
- Specs:
  - 2x Grace Blackwell units, same platform as Mobile
  - 256GB aggregate unified memory (2x128GB)
  - 200Gbps backplane between nodes, dedicated 10Gbps switch and OpenVPN-capable router
  - 10Gbps Ethernet LAN + 8TB base storage per node
  - Half-rack enclosure, rack-mount form factor
  - Off-grid microgrid ready (modular per-node solar panel + battery)
  - Meshtastic-ready (planned)

### FalloutBox FBOG (SKU-03 / FBOG)

- Status: DESIGN: not built, not costed against a real BOM
- Price: Estimated first-pilot cost ~$107K-153K bare components, or ~$165K-237K turnkey. Both are explicit estimates, not a quote.
- Terms: Targeting a first single-tower pilot around December 2026. WooTech is seeking a flagship site partner on a 90-day arrangement (solar farm / power co-op, data-center operator, or capital-constrained mining site). No partner has been contacted or confirmed; no LOI, term sheet, deposit, site agreement or ownership percentage exists.
- Specs:
  - Data-center-class silicon: NVIDIA RTX PRO 6000 Blackwell Server Edition (96GB GDDR7 ECC per GPU)
  - Modular 8-GPU cube; tower ladder from a 1-cube pilot (8 GPUs) to a 3-cube flagship (24 GPUs)
  - Optional H100 SXM quad module (NVLink) for workloads needing coherent memory beyond one 96GB card
  - Designed for solar/wind-sited, DC-coupled deployment
  - Same FBOS software stack and sovereignty posture as Mobile and Cluster Rack

## FBR2 pre-sale cohort (contact only)

- Unit price: $35,000 USD per finished FBR2 (Cluster Rack)
- Deposit: 50% up front ($17,500) to hold a seat. Build work starts when the deposit is received.
- Balance: Remaining $17,500 due on shipping.
- Timeline: Targeting ~14 days from deposit receipt as the supply chain finalizes. This is a target, not a guaranteed ship date.
- Seats: Hard cap of 5 seats total. First-come, first-served among qualified buyers.
- Qualification applies: fit, intent to take physical hardware, ability to fund deposit and balance. This is not a vanity waitlist.
- For the initial 3-5 seat cohort, WooTech will work with the buyer, within reason, to tailor the preloaded model set, or the buyer can start with the curated recommended list. The platform is model-agnostic.

The site collects contact interest only. There is no embedded payment. Submitting interest does not reserve a seat, collect a deposit, or confirm a ship date.

## FBOG site-partner thread (design stage)

WooTech is seeking a flagship site partner for a first FBOG pilot, intent to begin around December 2026 (matches the existing design target, not a new ship date). This is a site / anchor-partner conversation, not a consumer pre-order.

Contact: [jarvis@wootech.systems](mailto:jarvis@wootech.systems?subject=FBOG%2090-day%20flagship%20partner%20interest)

## Claims to avoid

- That any FBR2 seat has been sold or reserved, or that a ship date is guaranteed.
- That FBOG is built, priced against a real BOM, or has a confirmed partner, site, pilot or revenue share.
- That submitting a form on the site takes payment or reserves hardware.
- That FalloutBox is faster, cheaper or better than any named competitor or cloud provider on a specific metric.
